How it works

You give us the details. We handle the rest.

Your part takes about three minutes and can be done standing on the street with your phone in one hand. Everything after that is ours.

Step 1

Tell us who is missing

Four things: your pet’s name, the address or junction they were last seen, a phone number, and an email. That is the whole first step. No account, no password, nothing to remember.

The address matters more than people expect. Everything is aimed outward from that point, so a cross street or a landmark is more useful than an address a mile away.

Step 2

Add a photo and build your flyer

Upload a clear, recent photo of your pet on their own. We build a printable flyer you can download straight away, whether or not you go further. It is free either way.

The photo does most of the work. Someone scrolling past has about a second to recognise your pet, so daylight, no filters, face visible.

Step 3

Choose how far the alert reaches

Pick a plan. The difference between them is how far the alert travels, how many people it reaches, and how long it runs. You pay once. No subscription, nothing to cancel.

Basic concentrates on the closest streets. Turbo runs the full twelve miles for a week.

Step 4

We build and run the ad

Our team builds the advertisement from your photo and details, sets the targeting around the spot your pet went missing, and submits it to Facebook. Once approved it appears in the feeds of people living in that area.

Anyone who recognises your pet contacts you directly using the number on the ad.

Why an ad, not a listing

A flyer can only reach so far.

A lost pet page only reaches people who go looking for it. Most of your neighbours have no reason to visit one, and the person who finds your pet in their garden is rarely the person searching a database.

An advertisement reverses that. It goes to people who were not looking, in the streets around where your pet actually went missing, while they are already scrolling.

What we can and cannot promise

We can promise the ad gets built, targeted and run, and that the reach figures are honest estimates based on what we spend. We cannot promise your pet comes home. Nobody can. Any service that does is selling you something else.

Roughly half of what you pay goes directly into the advertising spend. The rest covers building the ad, running it, and supporting you while it is live.

Ready when you are.

It takes about three minutes, and the flyer is yours either way.
